Sander Ketelaars makes music without following any conventional guidelines. Choosing not to be defined by a single sound, Sander has created various aliases (including Sam Sharp, Purple Haze, Filterfunk or Sandler) in order to achieve his genre-defying vision. However, he is best known for seamlessly fusing the best of trance, electro, techno and house as Sander van Doorn.

Sander has always payed little mind to the space that exists between genres. He makes his own rules and his two studio albums, Supernaturalistic (2008) and Eleve11 (2011), reflect his artistic versatility. Winning the ‘Best Breakthrough Artist’ IDMA in 2008, Sander has since become a rubric for other genre-merging producers to follow. His famed ‘Dusk til Doorn’ club concept (which gave rise to his acclaimed mix compilation) sets a Sander van Doorn show apart from all of the rest.

If we had to put our money down on anyone, it would have to be on Paul Bäumer and Maarten Hoogstraten. Hailing from the Netherlands, Paul and Maarten have encountered negligible resistance acquiring global recognition during their five years together as the Bingo Players. Although the game of Bingo relies heavily on chance, the Bingo Players have managed to become more than just a safe bet - they have proven time after time to be a sure thing.

Paul and Maarten’s production career began after they were introduced to one another during late 2009. However, at that time, both members were focused on aspects of dance culture other than music production. Back then Paul kept himself occupied finding work as an audio specialist, while Maarten was making a living specializing in graphic design. Upon realizing they shared similar aspirations in the music industry, Paul and Maarten broke away from their previous jobs to enter into an innovative musical union. At that point, the only thing that was lacking was a name that would rightfully represent their project. Oddly enough, the inspiration to adopt the Bingo Players name originated from a mutual friend’s MSN Messenger username.

With undiminished perseverance and little hesitation, the Bingo Players’ production career skyrocketed, placing them at the pinnacle of the EDM scene. Within three years following their inception, many of their productions have seen tremendous success. With a number of tracks placing at the #1 spot of the Beatport Charts including : Touch Me, Chop, Disco Electrique, Devotion and Tom’s Diner. In 2010 they established their own ‘Hysteria’ label which housed the release of their global hit ‘Cry (Just A Little).’ A year later, the Bingo Players cemented their position amongst the world’s top producers with club favorites like Mode, L’amour and Rattle.

Robbert van de Corput has recently been labeled the “new kid on the block.” But if you take a closer look at Robbert’s rise to international fame, you may come to realize that he isn’t very new at all. Robbert’s inspiration to produce dance music originated after viewing an episode of a Dutch MTV documentary-style program called The DJs. The episode appealed to Rob like nothing before, as it focused on the careers of trance pioneers Tiesto and Armin van Buuren. The show sparked Rob’s growing interest in EDM culture, eventually compelling him to astonish the world with his music. This was the birth of Hardwell.

Hardwell was first discovered and signed to a Dutch label at the tender age of 14. He quickly climbed up the ranks, getting booked at all the major clubs in the Netherlands. Ironically, it was a collaboration with the artist that originally inspired him to produce music that would catapult his production career. Hardwell and Tiësto co-produced the track “Zero 76” - its success ultimately led to a US summer tour with one another.

Hardwell’s recognition has come primarily from his ability to flawlessly fuse elements of trance, electro, progressive house, and tech house - coming together to form an unbiased genre of music. Some people refer to his music as “big room house,” while others can’t quite pinpoint his style. Hardwell boasts, “I think now-a-days there are no more boundaries. Why should you put a track in a box? If I play a track and I like it, it’s Hardwell music.”

Hardwell will be performing on Insomniac’s ‘Madhatter’s Castle’ stage at Beyond Wonderland. And if that wasn’t enough, Hardwell will be hosting the official Beyond Wonderland Recovery Party at Playhouse in Hollywood
